Calling all Professors or Assistant Professors

Professor Pedals is proud to provide opportunities to work with us as a full Professor or Assistant Professor (ages 14-17) to teach and instruct in sport and activities who are accompanied by an adult.

Professors and Assistant Professors engage in activities including:

- kickball

- basketball (court required)

- soccer

- wiffleball

- driveway games

- neighborhood walks and basic fitness

- Color War!

- And more!

These opportunities allow our Professors to build leadership skills, explore education, expand their experiences, and engage in a work environment where they can flourish and grow.

Our customers will contract Professors for group sessions at a specific designated site.  Travel to sites is required. Additional Professors are required for larger groups.

Sessions are 1.5 hours long. Setup and breakdown is additional.

Rate of compensation will be based on experience but is at or above minimum wage. Pay will be issued weekly for the prior week's work.

These positions are subject to availability.

An application process followed by an interview is required.

We are an equal opportunity employer and seek diversity within our staff.

All communications with customers are handled by us, so our Professors will not be disturbed during the day. The only responsibility is to monitor their calendar and report to sessions to engage with kids in the activities.

Where will I work?

We will offer our play and activity sessions in key areas where there is a need. We look to recruit staff from these or nearby areas. In other words, we plan for our work sites to be close to our staff's homes for easy access and convenience.

It is the Professor's responsibility to arrange transportation to and from the session site.

How will booking take place?

Each  Professor will provide us with a schedule of availability which will be posted for booking online by our Customers. If booked, emails and/or text messages will be sent to the Assistant Professor. There will be a 48 hour minimum notification of an upcoming work session. Cancellations and rescheduling notices will be sent in the same way. A parent or caregiver can receive booking notifications by email to assist in managing the process.

Personal contact information is not posted or provided to customers. All communications are done through our main service line. Assistant Professors will have the ability to contact their customers or will be handled for them.
